The property features two bedrooms – one with a double bed and another with two single beds – a bright bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine, and a cozy living area with a kitchenette and access to the balcony. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. It opens directly onto a charming terrace with partial lake view, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals in the Italian sun. Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless otherwise indicated in the listing.
