« I will definitely hope to stay here again when plans bring me back to the area. The place is well-located, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed. There are a few things to know; there are steps to get to the unit, so it’s not ADA friendly. If you are a group of two or more, be aware there is only enough hot water for one shower; you’ll have to negotiate timing with your fellow travelers. Also, you have no control over the thermostat; I would have preferred to choose my own comfort level....

« Our stay in DC was Great. We really didnt know what we were getting into by renting a house in DC but the host had a great house. It was really clean and very nice. It couldnt have been any better. Location was near a bus stop so getting around wasnt a problem. Would definately stay at this location again. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your house. « Very clean, well kept place. The coffee pods/coffe maker and freezer full of ice was a nice touch. Very nice morning shaded patio area to enjoy your coffee. Linens, towels, shower supplies, and a few extras in the kitchen made our stay seemless. Air conditioning worked VERY well and we were so happy to come back to that after being in 90 degree heat. We couldn't have had a better experience and the owner is fantastic. He was very accomodating to let our band set up and do a little practicing. 10...
