The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, blender/Cuisinart, cooking utensils, glass storage containers, drinkware and wine glasses for 12, coffee maker, and enough coffee grounds for the first 3-4 days, spices, and flour and sugar. The dining area features table seating for 8 guests and additional barstool seating for 4 guests at the kitchen bar. The top floor features all the sleeping space with three bedrooms, with the master bedroom (queen bed), a guest room (queen) and bunk room at the end of the hall with sleeping for 5\. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The upstairs also features a washer and dryer. There are smart TVs located in the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom that are logged into YouTubeTV for cable and local network channels. Guests are welcome to log into other streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, AppleTV, HBO Max, etc. with your own subscriptions. The patio area on the ground (garage) floor of the townhome features outdoor lounge seating and a fire table. Very easy drive to snowbasin. The interior . Lots of closet space. Open kitchen/living/dining room. Much more spacious than it appeared to be in the photos. We had a few small issues and management was easy to talk to. Also...not sure where it was coming from but we had a little firework view from our window on New Year's Eve! Kids loved it ##### chau b. Awesome layout with both large communal spaces and spacious bedrooms upstairs and away from the communal space for privacy and quiet when needed. Quiet neighborhood in a great, convenient location.
