PLEASE NOTE: 1\. We don't accept Prepaid Cards. 2\. We don't accept cash. 3\. Additional verifications are required, such as an ID that matches the Credit/Debit card. The Space: Two bedroom one bath fully furnished apartment located upstairs 1/2 mile from the Fort Sill visitors center and 25 min from the Wichita wildlife preserve. Guest Access: Full access to the apartment, laundry on site, 1/2 mile from Ft. Sill visitors center and wildlife reserve. Guest have access to the entire apartment. No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350) Disclaimer: Please note that occasional Wi-Fi issues from the service provider may occur. The host will not be liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections experienced by guests. Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval. There was a trail of dog poop smudged on metal steps where someone stepped into and used stairs to clean their shoes. Apartment inside looked okay-old , worn down furniture present ( pictures do too much justice). Apartment is also between 2 storage locker units. Location is not far from mil gate- in a run down apartment complex. Wasn’t happy with the Realtors that was looking to see if any other properties were available with handicap accessibility- didn’t get the impression they really cared, because they never reached out. However, I stayed in the place for over a month and the neighborhood was really quiet. On the other hand, it provides easy access to main roads, the Fort Sill base, and convenience stores. The place is minimal, clean, and has all the necessary utensils and comfortable beds to allow for a long-term stay.
