Jun 19, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Perfect Summer Family home This was perfect for our family we had went to the Ark about a hour away from the house but perfect cause it wasnt as long as a drive back to Tennessee and plenty of surrounding things to go and do. The Kids loved the Pool only wish there was more lights for at the pool deck in case they swim at night the hot tub was perfect after a long day of walking and they were close enough together where u can watch the kids and relax at the same time at night we would all pile up on the couch and watch a movie before we went to bed. Plenty of items in the kitchen to use for meals we cooked breakfest the next morning after we got there not hard to find the place and conveniently close to town but not to close where u feel like u are in city limits. But this place if a great family place to have everything u need and enjoy time together and do things in kentucky. Its a good central point in between alot of the things to do in northern kentucky for the Ark ,Mammoth Cave, and several water parks & in June & July the Fairs are going on to enjoy some entertainment around the surrounding areas. ##### Amber P. The home was exceptionally clean and the pool and hot tub were a wonderful end to our days. There is more than enough space for more than just three people, which is what we had, and Joe was an amazing host. He was responsive to all of our questions and check in was very smooth.
