"Unfortunately, we never stayed at this property because we were involved in an auto accident while traveling there. We contacted the host immediately to explain the situation and asked if a partial refund could be considered since we were physically unable to make the trip.Despite the circumstances, we were still charged the full amount, including the pet fee, even though we never checked in. We had booked the property only the day before our scheduled stay, and the listing was still showing as available prior to our booking. Because of that, it seems unlikely the property would have been rented for that weekend anyway.We completely understand that hosts have cancellation policies, but we were hoping for some level of understanding given the unexpected emergency and the fact that we notified the host right away. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility offered, which was very disappointing."

"We enjoyed our stay, biggest benefit to the location was quiet and the outdoor spaces were very nice with our grandkids. We just should have brought our electric skillet to aid with breakfast cooking. Unique house arrangement with a lot of character and places for kids to play and hide. "

"This place is old school, but nothing wrong with that! It was super clean, the guy at the front desk was nice and there was no road noise. It has a microwave and small fridge. TV worked fine and had basic cable. With our technology, we didn’t find enough outlets, but we just took turns charging. If you are picky about your soap and shampoo you should bring it with you. I am not even sure that had shampoo? We would stay there again.thiugh. "
