"Our second time here and overall, we loved it. Two issues I think to consider are the spa and the room service. We got massages but there was no additional access to a spa after or before our massage. Odd considering they bill it as a “spa”. They don’t have anything else except a hair salon. Secondly, our room was only cleaned twice during our stay. Not sure if that is policy or not, but if it is, I would have liked to have known about it."

"The 2 bedroom villa accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. Having a kitchen and laundry in the room was great. The garden view was beautiful. The grounds are very well kept and it is very quiet and relaxing. The pool on the vacation club side of the property was nice and not very crowded. The beach front pool area was amazing! You can rent cabanas and bungalows for the day from 8-5 (tip: they are 1/2 price if you reserve half way through the day if there are any left). Once you’re poolside or beachside make sure to check in at the window so you get a wristband so the staff knows you are a hotel guest. You can order food and drinks from the poolside restaurant. That was amazing! You can also rent beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and surf boards. All of the staff we encountered were very welcoming, polite and tentative. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Kauai. We will definitely be back!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities that we wanted. We ate meals at the hotel and the food was very nice with good menus, both for dinner and for breakfast. Our room had a garden view at the end of the unit block, overlooking the pool, and it was very private. It also had a small kitchenette which we always find very handy. We went for a walk along the ocean front and you could sit all day there and watch the ocean. There is a marketplace shopping centre within walking distance which was handy for supplies and browsing the shops, without ever leaving the hotel."
