Relax and enjoy the amazing local birds and green scenery on this 20 acre secluded piece of cool temperate rainforest. Perfect base location to explore the Great Ocean Road and Otway region. Water falls, beaches, rainforest are on your doorstep as well as local cafe and eateries. A private billabong on the property where you may even glimpse a platypus. The house is open plan with two queen size rooms and a private garden deck in a beautiful garden forest setting. Glow worms are a night time treat on any of Parkwood's walking tracks.

Lavers Hill Total Relaxation Stay

If you are trying to find a place to relax, with good space and a beautiful view, you need to visit this house ! The property itself has a billabong and glow worms on the edge of the path to the billabong at night. The house has air conditioning,a great view, a nice outdoor area to see the lovely garden as well as a great spot for stargazing. Kim is such a friendly and great host, you will be in good hands. Location wise it was a great spot just 15 min drive to Johanna's beach for a great beach walk with beautiful rock pools (not for swimming rough waves) and an easy drive over to Apollo bay for some in town fun and swim at the beach. Visit the Perch on at Lavers Hill for stunning views and a good feed just minutes up the road from Parkwood. Enjoy this place !

Relaxed stay

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed and the most relaxing view. Hopefully we will get there again. There was also a beautiful and friendly dog that came to visit.

lovely getaway

the main house at Parkwood is a great place to get away for the weekend. Kim was extremely responsive to any questions we asked and great to talk to. The glowworms along the path to the billabong were a particular highlight. Thanks again Kim, we had a great time.
