Outside, you will appreciate the large terrace, the small shaded areas, and this large covered shelter perfect to spend good moments of relaxation or to have lunch in all weathers. For a family or a group of friends...to rest in peace and quiet or to enjoy convivial moments, Le Pigeonnier de Langlade is pleasant in all circumstances!At 4 kms from Gramat with all shops, leisure and services, Terrace of 40m², open ground of 2000m², covered shelter of 70m². Underfloor heating fuel + wood stove on the ground floor. The first floor will be heated by electric radiator in autumn 2020\. This gite can only be rented for 6 people using only the ground floor: Living room with fully equipped kitchen area, sitting area, then separate toilet with washbasin, shower room with large shower, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed (140 cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (1 bunk bed). On the attic floor: 1 shower room + wc (Italian shower, wc), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160, dressing room), games room with toys, games, TV, sofa; 2 bedrooms each with a bed 140\. This gite can also be rented with the gite 46G1616 for 10 people which is 100m away.
