Bright 120 m² apartment located in a quiet and scenic area, 1.5 km from the town center and main services and transport, including trains to Milan in about an hour and a half, ferries to the Borromean Islands, Stresa, Intra, and buses. The accommodation consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It is on the first floor of a building with three apartments, renovated sustainably and without the use of gas, offering large indoor and outdoor spaces for excellent comfort. It is ideal for families or for those who wish to stay several days and cook independently. The location offers a splendid view of Sasso del Ferro mountain, symbol of Laveno Mombello.  
  
This holiday apartment offers a shared outdoor space for relaxation. The property is conveniently located near various means of transport, including trains to Milan, ferries to Intra, Stresa, and the Borromean Islands, as well as buses. Nearby, you will find Cerro beach, supermarkets, restaurants, a laundry, and bars. Two parking spaces are available within the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed, smoking indoors and parties are not permitted. Two friendly dogs live in the outdoor areas, separated by a fence. Wi-Fi is available. Four external cameras with audio monitor the gate, the house facades, and the garage. An electric vehicle charging station is available, free during certain hours from April to October.
