Hand held shower head was way too high... Inaccessible. Hot water was a blue and cold was red(???) Why reversed from normal. Only 2 cups and 2 coffee for 3 people. Noisy kids running up and down. No receipt provided in paper or computer.

Expect more newer facility from Hilton. This one is OLD and need a face lift. Front desk staffs are excellent.

I had a really great time while I was in Quebec. I would definetly choose this hotel the next time I am out of province. Everyone was so kind, it was a great experience. The beds were wonderful, clean, and it was nice and quiet in the rooms. You wont be disappointed choosing this as your go to place to stay while in Laval!

Staff was excellent. Easy to park and convenient to shops nearby. However, we experienced 2 minor issues. One a noisy and squeaky front door and loose and toilette seat.
