You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Villa Marinin

Near the center of Cogorno (GE) and only 2.5 km from the village and the beaches of Lavagna and Chiavari.  
  
On 2 levels and composed of living room, 3 bedrooms overlooking a balcony or terraces or a loggia balcony, kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms, beautiful garden and parking space.  
6 BEDS, 2 in a double bedroom and 2 on a sofa and 2 in a bunk bed in an adjacent room.  
The finishes and furnishings, very beautiful, environments more typically similar to those of a farmhouse.  
  
The renovation of this villa was recent. Equipped with every comfort, very convenient for enjoying beautiful seaside holidays in full relaxation.  
Equipped with outdoor gardens, shaded areas, dining areas.  
The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils and furniture for comfortable dining. The living rooms and dining room are large enough and livable, the outdoor areas are wonderful relaxation areas.  
The house is adjacent to the walk on the wildlife path of the Entella river. From here you can go for walks, bike rides or go to the sea just a couple of kilometers away. The same distance for the tourist port of Lavagna. Excellent opportunity to have breakfast by the sea or a boat ride, ferry, for small daily cruises.  
Parking available  
The sea, the station, the highway, all within a short distance.  
Here you can spend any kind of stay and with every comfort. Excellent proximity to the station that will allow guests to reach any destination near or far. Cinque Terre, beaches and splendid towns just a few minutes by train or car from here. The best location for those who want to live fully in tranquility and relaxation without giving up comforts and services.  
It is necessary to have a valid credit card at check-in, so that the host can request a security deposit of 500 euros.

#### Soggiorno quasi eccellente

La casa alla consegna era molto pulita e in ordine, siamo stati molto bene. Ci sono tanti pro e pochi contro. L'illuminazione dell'appartamento è poco sufficiente, in alcune camere le luci sono quasi assenti, idem per il giardino, infatti cenare fuori era abbastanza complicato perché non c'era un minimo di luce sul tavolo. Per il resto direi che non c'è niente da aggiungere se non la mancanza di alcuni comfort. Giardino gigante e con un prato inglese favoloso, totale silenzio h24; nonostante la casa sia attaccata al fiume c'erano poche zanzare. Soggiorno quasi eccellente.
