We are just a short 5 minute drive to Rock House and 20 minutes from both Old Mans Cave and Ash Cave. Inside we have a cozy queen size bed and pullout full size sofa sleeper, full kitchen with cooktop, bathroom/shower and coffee. The middle floor is also equipped with a Hot Tub and movie room. No real surprises...the bathroom is small just like the listing said. Outside and down steps to the hot tub...just like other reviewers said. Not a real problem at all. The only negative I have with this property is two flights of steps to cook on the grill. If you want to eat on the patio near the fire, this is not a problem.
