We are just a short 5 minute drive to Rock House and 20 minutes from both Old Mans Cave and Ash Cave. Inside we have a cozy queen size bed and pullout full size sofa sleeper, full kitchen with cooktop, bathroom/shower and coffee. The middle floor is also equipped with a Hot Tub and movie room. No real surprises...the bathroom is small just like the listing said. Outside and down steps to the hot tub...just like other reviewers said. Not a real problem at all. The only negative I have with this property is two flights of steps to cook on the grill. If you want to eat on the patio near the fire, this is not a problem. The upstairs living quarters were nice and clean. The bathroom is small and would not recommend for larger persons. To get to the hot tub or outside grill you must go down the outside stairs and through the lounging area. The hot tub needed cleaning so we did not use and the grill area could have used a good sweeping due to the many dead bugs and leaves.
