We stay at the property for 11 day first time , we love the service and people are very friendly, very clean everywhere , staff are very friendly and helpful too . The only change I would ask is for more varieties with food at breakfast and well in general. But still give them 5 stars because everything else was perfect.

The staff at the front desk and dining area were very friendly and helpful. The room is a little out dated but plenty of space. The one big problem I had was that the maid on the 5th floor decided to go shopping in my luggage. I noticed missing from my suitcase was; 4 of my bras, bug repellent, sunblock and some of my snacks. I complained to the front desk but thought someone from management would come take to me but they never did. I think it was only the maid on the 5th floor because others in my group stayed on differently floors and non of there suitcases were touched. I just hate being violated like that. If it wasn’t for that my stay would have been pleasant. After that to have a peace of mind I just requested no one to enter my room. Hopefully management deal with the maid theft.

The hotel is located in a vert quiet area, and the staff was wonderful. The rooms could use a bit of a modernization though.

Very clean. Room size comfortable. Friendly staff. Unfortunately a bit noisy due to the traffic. I think putting double glazing would help to reduce de noise level.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Things I would change are better lighting (makes the property seem dingy even though it is very clean.) Furniture is a bit outdated, too. Food (lunch & buffet) were really great. Purified water available in the lobby.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Only drawback was that every hotel room had a street next to it and the early morning street noise didn't allow a person to sleep a bit longer, which is unfortunate if a traveler wants to have a relaxed vacation. The traveler is practically forced to 'turn in' early and wake up early to avoid the cars, motorcycles and trucks which buzz by starting 6:30 am or 7 am

I booked this hotel because it advertised as bilingual mainly English also because it advertised a 24/7 reception and I knew that we would be arriving late. After booking the email said that if I arrive after 11.30pm there would be a charge, not sure why? I phoned the hotel to tell them that I might be late and a Spanish lady answered the phone, I asked if she spoke Spanish and she hang up on me, luckily I arrived before 11.30pm. I was given a room on the 2nd floor facing the street, next morning I asked to move as it was too noisy also the patio door wouldn’t shut properly, they gave me a better room on the 4th floor to the side of the building. All rooms are fitted a built in kitchen but they don’t contain any utensils or cooking equipment, nothing at all, if you want any of these you have to ask from the kitchen downstairs. The rooms are in desperate need of renovation although the bed was comfortable with top quality bedding. The restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful.

La atención es super!, además de la zona donde está ubicado, lo mejor es la gente, por ejemplo en el restaurante! Por otro lado nos tocó una habitación que era como diagonal y el baño era demasiado incomodo!, además de no tener ventilación. Otro tema por el que fui al hotel era porque tenía estacionamiento, ya que fui en carro...y gracias a Dios en las 3 noches que estuvimos siempre tuvimos espacio, pero es muy estrecho y solo caben 5 o 6 carros...para mí era importante tener el espacio. Al final al momento de pagar la señora de la recepción estaba alegando acerca de que los huéspedes que llegan no entienden que cuando pagan por página Web (como hoteles.com) deben pagar IVA...Yo si leo y sabía de las condiciones, así que ese alegato estuvo fuera de momento y no tenía que ver con nosotros! se lo dije a ella.

Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, viele Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Wir sind mit den kleinen Bussen ca. 3 min. fußläufig entfernt in der großen Hauptstraße 33 ins Zentrum gefahren, kostet 2.100 COP pro Person - einfach heran winken. Eine Wäscherei gibt es 3 Häuser weiter. Wer Postkarten kaufen möchte muss in die Carrera 49 Junin und ganz am Ende der Straße in den Artesaniageschäften fragen. Briefmarken gibt es in der größeren Filiale der Post 4-72 entweder in der Calle 49 Ayacucho oder in der nächsten Straße Nähe Metrostation Parque Berrio.

Little and familiar hotel in a sure place.
The address is easy to arrive it. My room was enough comfortable. The people is nice. The food was good. The hotel is in a neiborhood calm. The best thing is its workers.

Centric hotel
Hotel is growing old. Restaurant not so good, breakfast OK, dinner and light fare bad and disappointing. Rooms are not that comfortable, maybe too much furniture, big furniture, bathroom really small, they have a large 'eating area' in the room that probably they call a suite or apartment but it just does not make sense. Flat screen TV too big for the space where the device is set and if you are laying in bed you only see half the screen. There are no amenities, gym, 2 blocks away, spa and hair salon as well and for all these services you have to pay extra, for the hair salon is fine but for what they charge per night I think they need to update the place. The best part is the staff, extremely nice and polite.
