"I enjoy this hotel and have stayed here every time I’ve gone to my conferences in DC.l/very convenient to Greenbelt station. I extended this stay into a mini vacation of 4 nights. It was very good and clean-I did have a problem the last night of my stay where housekeeping threw out everything in my room that was in the bathroom such as medicine toothbrushes etc. I believe it was a mixup on when I was checking out by housekeeping-so I am docking a star for that because it certainly should never have happened -but the front desk was very understanding and reached out to housekeeping so that never happens again. Property manager the next morning also spoke to me about it-so I am happy with their response to what happened. Breakfast buffet is basic but very good. There is free coffee in the lobby. One other flaw is the elevators are tirelessly slow. If you have a large group waiting for elevators you’re gonna wait a little bit to get to your room. parking is free unusually very easy to find a spot-however the last night it was harder with them having an event in the ballroom Overall I highly recommend the crowne Plaza and will stay there again next time I go to DC."

"Excellent place to stay in DC. I always stay here when I’m in town. Reasonable price. Close to everything. My room was clean, quiet and comfy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only problem was that there was no microwave. In/out parking is convenient but not free. It’s $43(?) per day. I highly recommend it!"

"Rooms were clean but no amenities. Poor breakfast with very limited food options. They don’t have water fountains. It has to be purchased from the property which is frustrating. Never expected this kind of service from Marriott."
