Sam was very accommodating and prompt to assist/reply when we had a WiFi connection issue. We had ample and clean space for three adults. The only area for improvement would be the A/C set up... Even with extra fans in the bedrooms, it was hard to sleep with the bedroom doors closed due to the central cooling system being located only in the living room. It was adequate, but could use some improvement. Overall though they had ample everything else to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable. ##### Matt S. The biggest issue is that it says it's air conditioned, while they do have 1 AC unit it isn't adequate for the space. At first it was randomly shutting off after about 6 hours. It became very obvious after the 2nd night it was being controlled outside of the space being rented. It stared just shutting off after 3 hours. Never getting to a comfortable temperature. We ended up leaving early due to how hout it was getting. ##### James M.
