Villa Rosi is a finely managed family-run facility. We are close to the blue flag agropoli sea in the Gulf of Cilento, the annex is located adjacent to the swimming pool and comprises a lounge - kitchen with a double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine, the kitchen is equipped with all the comforts, there is an outdoor patio with garden furniture, free internet access, climate control. We are a few steps from the famous temples of Paestum and near the wonderful beaches of Agropoli, in the evening in the neighboring countries during the food festivals you can taste the fabulous dishes of Cilento cuisine

2 bedrooms advertised - only 1 in reality
Pros: Pool area is beautiful and it’s very quiet. Views are lovely and you are set amongst olive trees and vines. Apartment was on the small side but very clean and pleasant. Cons: Apartment was advertised as 2 bedrooms when there was only 1. The owner indicated that the 2 bedrooms were the bedroom & the lounge - very disappointing. We worked with it but it could be a real problem for others! The bed Sofa was also very uncomfortable.. The drive to the location is a bit of a nightmare, particularly on a night - pitch black and hair pin bends was a bit stressful ! There is literally nothing nearby that you can walk to. If you are after a really peaceful relaxing holiday this is a great spot. Be prepared for a lot of driving though.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation. equipment fits the description. The owner was very friendly. We spent a good two weeks. Unfortunately, discrepancies in the ordering procedure with HomeAway was a black dot. The Agency communicates only to payment for the stay and then not respond to queries by e-mail. After more than five weeks after the end of the stay, I was not returned deposit. He had to send it to property owner.

Wundervolle Tage im Cilento
Die Ferienresidenz Villa Rosi liegt wunderschön inmitten von Olivenhainen und Rebstöcken hoch über dem Ort Agropoli. Wir haben diese Urlaubswoche in der üppig mediterran bepflanzten Anlage und im gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Besonders schön ist es, morgens am sonnigen Pool oder abends auf der Terrasse des Ferienhauses zu sitzen und sich am Blick aufs Mittelmeer zu erfreuen. Seniore Gianfranco war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich um jedes unserer Problemchen sofort gekümmert. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist lediglich die Anfahrt von Agropoli aus auf SEHR steilen Sträßchen mit engen Kurven - nix für Fahranfänger :) Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr gut erholt und können die wunderschöne Bergregion Cilento zum Wandern oder für den Strandurlaub am Mittelmeer wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöner Pool
Sehr schönes Anwesen, mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und zweckgemäß eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Einzige was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war das die Stühle auf der Veranda sehr unbequem waren.

Schöne Zeit mit kleiner Einschränkung
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr klein und für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu viert ein bisschen zu klein. Es gab, wenn das Schlafsofa aufgeklappt war wenig Möglichkeiten sich im Raum bequem aufzuhalten. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber hat gute Qualität! Wir mussten uns leider von den freundlichen Gastgebern einige Utensilien nach und nach erfragen. Zum Beispiel gab es zunächst nur eine Müslischale. Ansonsten ist das Haus in einem schönen Garten gelegen, mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den Golf von Salerno. Was für uns sehr schade war und ein Kriterium weswegen wir uns für diese Ferienwohnung entschieden hatten, war das der Pool nicht zu nutzen war. Trotz schönen Wetters und Badetemperaturen und der vorherigen Anfrage sagte uns der Vermieter, daß der Pool erst ab dem ersten Juni geöffnet wird. Das muss man wissen, wenn man bucht und auf den in der Beschreibung sehr werbewirksamen Pool hofft. Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Urlaub, auch aufgrund der vielseitigen Umgebung und des tollen Wetters.

Wunderschöne „Villa“
Der Gastgeber Gianfranco und seine Frau Rosie haben diese Anlage mit sehr viel Liebe errichtet. Sie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insbesondere der Pool ist traumhaft. Es lassen sich von dort aus viele schöne Ausflüge machen. Auch die Lokale in der Umgebung waren alle sehr gut.
