Frankland Street Heritage Cottage Circa 1890, where convenience meets charm.  
  
Wake up and enjoy the quiet surrounds, knowing you can enjoy the delights of the Cafe strip on Charles Street, as you make your way to work or on your day of exploring the city and surrounds.  
  
This secure two bedroom heritage cottage, has a spacious dining area with relaxing lounge room featuring pressed tin ceiling, polished floor boards, electric heating, smart TV and free wifi. The two bedrooms have queen size beds with quality linen. The updated kitchen is well equipped to whip up a feast of local Tasmanian produce, that you've purchased from the award winning Harvest Market or you can serve up some delicious take away food, which is available just a short stroll away.The full sized, sunny laundry has a front loading washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bathroom features a vanity, toilet & shower over a half bath.  
  
Frankland Street is in a perfect spot for the professional travelling to Launceston, short walking to Launceton General Hospital, Charles Street Cafes and 4 blocks from the CBD. A great comfortable base while you work away from home. It has all the features and more of a hotel room, whilst being relaxing, private and comfortable.  
You can have the cottage all to yourself or it can accommodate two couples, two singles or a small family. Did we mention that there's free wifi?  
  
There's an undercover, outside paved area with a cute outdoor setting, for you to enjoy the evening sunsets.

#### Quaint Cottage Charm in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cute compact cottage with lots of charm and quirkiness made my stay very enjoyable. The location was perfect for walking to Launceston's sights. The cottage is well equipped however some TLC is required to optimise the stay. A very noisy fridge needs replacing as soon as practical- it woke me up during the night. An air conditioner would be a fabulous addition to enhance the cottage amenity.
