Located just a short stroll from Manu Bakery and local cafes, it’s a practical, stylish base for your northern Tassie getaway. Professionally managed by Moxxi Property, so you can expect a smooth and reliable stay.

This beautifully appointed home blends function and style. The light-filled open living and dining area offers ample space to unwind or share meals together, with a fully equipped kitchen ready for anything from lazy breakfasts to hearty dinners. Each of the four queen bedrooms is thoughtfully furnished for comfort, and three modern bathrooms afford both privacy and ease.  
  
Step outside to a private courtyard where you can enjoy crisp mornings or cool evenings by the fire pit – a favourite spot in the winter months. Thoughtful design and quality finishes throughout ensure a comfortable, no-fuss stay in a home made for real travellers.

The Neighbourhood  
Invermay is one of Launceston’s most walkable and vibrant suburbs – a friendly, leafy neighbourhood where heritage homes meet casual cafés and riverside walking paths. Just across the river from the city centre, it’s a relaxed base with a community feel, loved by locals and visitors alike.  
  
Within walking distance, you'll find artisan bakeries, weekend farmers markets, and cultural spaces like the Queen Victoria Museum. It’s a great spot for foodies, families, and anyone who enjoys exploring on foot with plenty of green space nearby.  
  
Getting Around  
This home is in a highly walkable area – perfect for exploring Invermay and central Launceston on foot. If you're heading further afield, a car will make day trips easier. Free street parking is available. Rideshare services and taxis operate in the area, and there’s a local bus stop just a short walk away.  
  
Other things to note:   
\- A $50 fee will be charged if guests fail to check out by the agreed time, with an additional charge for every 15 minutes thereafter.  
\- We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely he will attend during your stay, however if he needs to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.   
\- Your accommodation is equipped with a 160-litre hot water cylinder, which provides hot water for your showers, sinks, and other needs. A 160-litre tank is generally sufficient for 3-4 average length showers (around 5-7 minutes each). Once the hot water is depleted, it takes time for the tank to reheat. This typically ranges from 2.5-3 hours.
