### Stylish and Spacious Launceston Villa + Free Wifi

A short distance from Launceston’s cafe and restaurant scene and close to numerous local attractions such as vineyards, galleries, and the Cataract Gorge, my beautiful home will be perfect for your time away. It is stylish and spacious plus it is has a supermarket nearby, undercover parking and is quiet and peaceful. With the added benefit of free Wifi, two sofa-beds for extra guests, quality linen, amenities, and basic supplies you'll love your time here as well as in our beautiful city.  
  
Upon entering, you’ll see that my home is all about light and space. A beautiful living area awaits you with open planned kitchen and dining spaces.   
  
The kitchen features modern appliances including a coffee machine, as well as a functional cooking and prep space that is perfect for you and your guests. All glassware (including wine and champagne), dinnerware, cutlery, and utensils are provided plus you’ll also find a family-sized fridge, European appliances as well as plenty of storage space. The kitchen flows through to the dining room which comfortably seats four guests.   
  
Through to the bedroom, you’ll find a very comfortable queen bed with extra support for a sound night’s sleep. The bed is fitted with high quality linen, and there is also fresh cotton bath towels for all guests. You’ll also find a sliding wardrobe ready for you to store any luggage and clothing you may have.  
  
Additional guests can comfortably stay on one of the two sofa beds in the living room. There are foam pads, as well mattress toppers to make them more comfortable as well as full linen, including queen-sized quilts, which will all be provided for additional guests when you advise how many people will be staying. Please note if two guests wish to sleep in separate beds, please book for three guests to allow for the extra supply and washing of the linen. My home is all about space, and you and your guests will have no trouble settling into my home with ease and comfort.  
  
The bathroom has all toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up cleaning products, and more provided with compliments. There are also some beautifully scented bath salts for you if you wish to have a nice relaxing bath at the end of a big day of sightseeing. The salon hairdryer is kept under the sink. In the laundry, a washing machine and detergent, indoor drying rack and iron have all been made available for you.  
  
Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home, as well as private undercover car parking, plus it's family-friendly and you'll find a cot and high chair for your use, plus kids' cutlery and some toys to keep them entertained.  
  
You'll love my place as it's a quiet and tranquil space to escape and use as a home base while discovering the beauty and sites of Launceston and its surroundings. The vibe and location will leave you with a lifetime of memories and I look forward to welcoming you.  
  
There is also a Coles, IGA, BWS, Kmart, Chemist, and doctor all within 3-4 min from the property.

Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. Two sets of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.  
  
I live in Brisbane so unfortunately I won't be able to meet you in person but if there are any questions you can always message or call me, and my Co-host Leanne lives locally for anything else.  
  
The area is tranquil and friendly within close distance to all that Launceston has to offer and 5 min from the city centre. There is also a Coles, IGA, BWS, Kmart, Chemist and doctor all within 3-4 min from the property.  
  
Best to have a car but there is a bus stop a short walk away.  
  
My home is always cleaned thoroughly but in order to keep cleaning costs as low as possible I ask that you leave the place as you found it, with dishes washed up and the oven cleaned if used.  
  
Please note if 2 people are staying and you require separate beds, you will need to book for 3 people so the cleaners will know to set up the extra bedding and linen for you, as well as to cover the associated costs.  
  
Please note there is strictly no smoking in the property and extra charges will apply  
Please be respectful of my property and leave things neat and tidy  
  
Our fabulous cleaners do an amazing job to get the place ready for you on time, but it is your responsibility to clean dishes and the oven if they get used.  
  
If 2 people are staying and you require separate beds, you will need to book for 3 people so the cleaners will know to set up the extra bedding and linen for you, as well as to cover the associated costs.  
  
Checkout is strictly 10am and unfortunately, I can't offer late check-out as we start cleaning from that time.
