Step into the open-plan living and dining area that is flooded with natural light, creating a welcoming space for you and your companions to relax and unwind. Curl up on the sofa or gather around the dining table for a meal. The deck is where you'll want to spend most of your time. Whether it's sipping your morning coffee, enjoying a BBQ feast, or simply soaking up the sun. This property has two good sized bedrooms, each featuring a luxurious queen-sized bed. With plush linens and ample storage space, you're guaranteed a peaceful night's rest. This property is close to local attractions such as: Tamar Valley: Explore the world-renowned Tamar Valley wine region, home to award-winning wineries and picturesque vineyards. Cataract Gorge: Take a short drive to the stunning Cataract Gorge Reserve, where you can enjoy bushwalks, picnics, and even a chairlift ride with breathtaking views. Tamar Island Wetlands: Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby Tamar Island Wetlands Centre, perfect for birdwatching and serene walks. Riverside Golf Club: Golf enthusiasts can tee off at the Riverside Golf Club, just a short drive away. Guests have access to the whole property Please note this cute little property is situated at the top of a steep driveway. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this. A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition. Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50. If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.
