Curl up on the sofa or gather around the dining table for a meal. The deck is where you'll want to spend most of your time. Whether it's sipping your morning coffee, enjoying a BBQ feast, or simply soaking up the sun. This property has two good sized bedrooms, each featuring a luxurious queen-sized bed. With plush linens and ample storage space, you're guaranteed a peaceful night's rest. This property is close to local attractions such as: Tamar Valley: Explore the world-renowned Tamar Valley wine region, home to award-winning wineries and picturesque vineyards. Cataract Gorge: Take a short drive to the stunning Cataract Gorge Reserve, where you can enjoy bushwalks, picnics, and even a chairlift ride with breathtaking views. Tamar Island Wetlands: Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby Tamar Island Wetlands Centre, perfect for birdwatching and serene walks. Riverside Golf Club: Golf enthusiasts can tee off at the Riverside Golf Club, just a short drive away. Guests have access to the whole property Please note this cute little property is situated at the top of a steep driveway. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this. A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition. Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50. If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay. I had to ask twice for the WiFi details.I also had to go and buy toilet paper as there were not any spare rolls and the roll already there was less than half.Bed was comfortable.The place just needs a little bit of love, its looking a bit dated. ##### Deirdre B.
