Everything was in walking distance, the park, cafes, shops and shopping malls. The apartment was in good condition with good sized bed and wardrobes, modern toilets, a lot of kitchen utensils. However, some of the furnitures were quiet old and wobbly. The coffee table was on the verge of breaking down and the couch looked quite old and needed to be replaced/upholstered.
