Get ready to be wowed!! This beautiful 4 bedroom, plus casita home, was built in 2015, but has been used as a vacation home and still is just like new!! The warm entry way welcomes you in as you approach the home. This is a great space to sip a cup of coffee and read the paper in the morning. To the left is the entry for the casita, a bedroom and full bathroom set up perfect for your guests that want to play late at night and come back without waking anyone up! The front door opens up to a huge entry way where you can kick off your shoes and hang your sweater. Move through the formal dining area opened up to the living room and eat in kitchen. Perfect for entertaining, this space can fit a large group for dinner or cocktail parties. The master suite has a gorgeous ensuite with a separate garden tub, walk in shower and closet large enough to fit a huge assortment of clothing. Two more bedrooms in the home make it easy to set up a work out room, office or crafting area while still maintaining enough space for guests to stay. Round out the day by enjoying a beautiful Nevada evening on the spacious covered patio in the back of the home. Huge back yard is large enough to put in a pool or landscape your own desert oasis! Super close to the entertainment of all the casinos in Laughlin. Come live where the hot sands meet the cool water of the Colorado!
