The stay was good , they have 3 pools and 2 water slides, a bar/ food service, very spacious. Food was good had a 24 hr Subway, Panda Express and Sbarros open during certain hours, Movie theater, kids arcades and then a day care for kids between a certain age with games, TV, and toys. Buffet is closed permanently which was disappointing and the water in the bathrooms, showers was not clear water. But other than that we will be back

The Moonshadow restaurant and especially Samantha made my dining experience very fulfilling. The room was clean and quiet. The golf course was in great shape and all combined made for an enjoyable weekend at the Avi.

We were not given the room with our family that we requested, we were in town for my father’s funeral and the conditions were terrible. Bug bites all over us, brown water and rude service. I asked to be put with my family and they refused. I asked for towels 3 times and they never came. The tv did not work, the refrigerator did not work. The whole experience was horrendous.

Super convenient location for my needs. My only complaint is the brown water in the sink, toilet, and shower. The casino is super smoky but I expected that and don’t really blame anyone. The a/c is good and the room was comfortable.

Avi is all by itself. If you are just needing a short stay then this place will fit the bill. You have a casino, a pool and the river. Dining is available at the casino.

Staff is horrible they're all mad and rude for no reason, especially the cleaning staff. Hotel is in the middle of NOWHERE and super out dated everything is so old and broken in the rooms. Security is rude they treat everyone horribly. I would never ever rent here again. Pool is over crowded you can't even get in and the beach area is so SMALL there's food all over the floor.

Our room was clean but a lot of the halls, elevators etc were dirty and had trash laying around. The pool area was really nice but there were no towels. That’s ridiculous. The guy said you have to get here early in the morning to get a towel. They should keep washing the returned towels. We wanted to go in the hot tub in the evening and they had no towels. We could have used the ones from our room but what a pain.

The stay was wonderful, atmosphere was great, friendly staff. Room is a 8 out of 10, shower could have been cleaned better. Ice machine needed a good cleaning. No towels available at the pool, told completely out for the day, it was midday. Beach area was nice however. Overall, we give it a “B ” rating.

Overall, a nice resort. The hotel is not luxurious but also nothing bad about it. There’s a theater, food court, arcade and kids center that makes it good for families. pool with slides, big hot tubs, private beach. I would recommend for a quiet weekend getaway.

Room was not as clean as I like it. Food was excellent, wait staff nice but slow. Buying a drink was expensive and difficult to get UNLESS you were gambling.

They lie, IN WRITING (I have a copy) about having a dedicated 21 pool. Several staff tried to excuse that and also told me they could not get Dodgers baseball when they had it the night before, same network. Finally got it after 1/2 hour of complaint. Otherwise it is just a low end trashy river casino "resort". Beautiful, huge pools could be a big asset if they didn't lie about the 21 pool.

Room need updating, carpet in room was so dirty it felt sticky. Needs a shampoo. Bathroom was ok, but degfinetly needed a update. Water would be brown for a second when the tap was turned on. Staff were wonderful, pool was nice. Beach was clean. I would stay again if rooms were updated.
