"The location was very good. The property was located about 3 blocks to Lauderdale By The Sea restaurants and shops. The host was very accommodating. We were allowed to put our luggage in the condo before check in and after check out. The condo happened to be ready before the check in time. The host offered some drinks for a small fee. That worked out well since we had not had groceries delivered yet. The condo was large and comfortable. None of the bedrooms were on the main floor which was ok...

"We actually had a bachelorette “party” here. I say party loosely because we aren’t a roudy bunch compared to most parties but we did have a noise complaint midday. There’s a noise ordinance that starts at 10pm but I’d say most neighbors don’t want you being louder than a normal backyard BBQ. With that being said, the house and yard are absolutely beautiful and I would definitely consider staying here with family instead of a friend group that wants music while being in the pool. "Perfect place to just get away for the weekend. Room was clean and spacious. Not luxurious but had everything we needed. Including a kitchen with all necessary kitchen gadgets to cook if you wanted to stay in. The pool area is very nice with really pretty lights at nights around the property.
