Upgraded rooms were very nice.

Posted 20-Sep-2017
Pros: Good vibe, easy to get around (expect for the the long check-in lines inhibited walking path).
Cons: See above
Location: Good location to places we like to frequent.
For the addition price, 1 of the 2 of our rooms had very noisy neighbors. More toiletries for the "top notch" room could have added to the beautiful bathroom (shower cap, eye makeup remover).

Over priced for hotel under Reno.

Posted 18-Sep-2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Decor and amenities.
Location: Walking distance to other casino on strips.
Hotel is dated but under renovation. No spa or pool so was expecting significant price reduction. I had to pay for resort fees but could find no resort amenities! Mushy mattress, worn carpet, unacceptable bathroom linens. Staff very friendly and energetic - tough/long check in was eased by staff greeting. Maybe after reno I'll give it another try. Nice location.

Great location

Posted 18-Sep-2017
I like staying at this hotel it is a great location, with easy access to other hotels in the strip (there is a tram you can take to get to Bellagio) . They are currently undergoing renovations and there was one morning where the hotel had no water, it was remidied within a few hours, but not ideal and there was no pool access since they are redoing it but we were able to access the pool at Manadalay Bay and they had a free shuttle service to and from, so that was nice.

My recent experience

Posted 18-Sep-2017
Pros: Very nice housekeeping staff.
Cons: Carpets needs to be cleaned more frequently.
Location: Prime location for the event.
I had reservations for a deluxe room and I definitely did not get that my room was average. Then I requested for a different DELUXE room and they did give me a newly renovated room. Which was awesome of them to attempt to accommodate me whoever I still paid for a deluxe room and it definitely wasn't remotely a deluxe room either. I just feel that if I paid for a deluxe room I should get a deluxe room.

Across the street from t-mobile arena

Posted 18-Sep-2017
Great location if you're going there for a boxing match at the t-mobile arena. Great, friendly staff. My room was very dissapointing, there was nothing "deluxe" about it. Old, dirty, the carpet on the entire 6th floor could easily be from a motel 6, very disgusting. A/C not working properly, you hear anything and everything from the other rooms. Overall great location and staff. Needs a lot of work and better housekeepers.

Disappointing, the second time around.

Posted 18-Sep-2017
Pros: Proximity to other hotels
Cons: Better warning about closures.
Location: Good location. Close to shows, shopping, and food. Book shows prior to going, to get good seats, at decent prices. we missed out, this time.
We stayed here, early last year, and it was pretty decent. I didn't know that they had closed the pool, most restaurants, poker room, and buffet. You could have shuttled to another hotel and share the pool with all of their guests, or you could have paid Uber, at a worked out discount, to go to another hotel and use their pool, but that would have been uncomfortable and inconvenient. Fortunately, the Aria Buffet was excellent and the Cosmopolitan hotel restaurants were equally good. The water was scheduled to be out, we got a note under the door, that evening, from 2 - 6 am, but didn't come back on until after 8:30 am, so I was late getting to the work-related function, I was there for. Of course, they were quick to charge the resort fees, for which I can't see why. Maybe the shuttle driver to the other hotels' pools, that we never used.
