This residence is perfect for hosting family gatherings or enjoying a peaceful retreat. Some amenities include Central Heat & AC with a sun room off the private patio and sparkling pool. You'll feel right at home with a relaxing living space offering a cozy fireplace for those desert winter nights. The renovated kitchen and bathrooms boast sophisticated design creating a fresh contemporary feel. The spacious kitchen features stainless appliances and is fully equipped including a huge marble island. The primary suite features a king bed & full tile bath with walk in rain shower. Two additional bedrooms include another king bed and 2 twin beds that share a lovely updated bath with double sinks and shower/tub.
