We recently stayed at Vegas Vacation Home ... Close to The STRIP for a wedding on the Strip, and it was exactly what we needed. The home was clean, the neighborhood was peaceful, and the location was perfect for our trip. David, the host, was incredibly kind and communicated effectively throughout our stay. I had a bit of difficulty accessing the home information through the VRBO app, but once I reached out to David directly, he assisted me promptly and resolved the issue. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Vegas!

Our stay was great. The house was just right and perfect for our needs for our 5 night 6 day stay in Las Vegas. We came to celebrate our Uncle’s 95th birthdays and it was close to our family. The house was clean and comfortable. Our host was very responsive to our requests and very professional!

We were there for my son wedding and it was a very nice place for me and my family to stay. Place was very clean,we ran into a few bugs but nothing major. Just bring your own supplies and you will be fine.

Good place away from the strip

We enjoyed our stay at this residence in Las Vegas over the Thanksgiving weekend, 2023. We did do some meal preparation and found the pots and pans selections to be very limited so bring your own. There seemed to be plenty of utensils but again, we brought our own. All the appliances were in working order and clean. We did not have guests at the house but there is room enough for that. We complied with the "remove your shoes" request but were surprised to see the condition of the carpets in the bedrooms. They have seen better days to be sure. Communication with the host was easy and was quick to respond. All said and done, it was a pleasent stay though we were rarely there. We would stay there again if we needed something larger than a hotel room.

The home is very nice, clean and comfortable. Having access to the garage to park your vehicle was an added plus. I would definitely reserve this listing again, however, I would suggest upgrading the face towels in the first bath room. Thank you

Met the basic need

While the stay met our basic needs. The communications was not effective. We had to buy our own face towels. We communicated with David they were missing and after a quick let me check, we never heard back. The mattresses in the smaller rooms we hard. I didn’t expect deluxe, but these hurt our backs for our 3 night stay. House rule should Also either be listed or communicated more than the morning before. He asked for no shoes on the carpet, but my mother is mobility’s impaired and need shoes for traction. We would have selected another location if we knew. I never write reviews, but thought others should note to prep for their stay especially if staying longer.
