This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? A departure clean is included for all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, other guests during their stay, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? It’s a city wide strict rule, strongly enforced, no outdoor music and quiet hours after 9pm. Music can be played indoors with the doors and windows closed and sound contained inside. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $250 per stay. IMPORTANT NOTES: ➣ We want for you and all your guests to enjoy everything the home has to offer, inside and out, but respectfully ask that no music is played outdoors in order to not disrupt our neighbors. ➣ Pool and spa heat is added upon request at an additional charge. The place is huge and somehow still felt cozy and comfortable at the same time. Tons of space for everyone to spread out, but also great common areas where we could all hang out together without feeling cramped.The backyard was honestly one of our favorite parts ; super private, lots of room, and perfect for relaxing during the day and winding down at night. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured (which doesn’t always happen, so appreciated).Location was also clutch. It close enough to the Strip and airport that getting around was easy, but far enough that it felt quiet and private. Check-in was smooth, communication was easy, and everything we needed was already there when we arrived.Would 100% stay here again if we’re back in Vegas, especially with a big group. VRBO agents informed us that the host has not responded to them after multiple attempts over a two week period as they tried to help resolve the issues.::No Hot Water::The house completely lost hot water at the end of our stay. We notified the host and received no response or assistance. ::Internet Down for Entire Stay::We had functioning internet for the first few hours after arrival, and then the Starlink network completely disappeared. We had no WiFi for the remainder of the trip. We sent screenshots, attempted resets, and asked the host for guidance. Despite repeated messages, no one ever called or assisted, even after providing a direct phone number as requested.::Pool & Spa Heating, Charged, but Ice Cold::We paid the additional fee to heat both the pool and spa, but neither ever warmed up during our stay. We followed every instruction, located the controls, reset breakers multiple times, and kept the host updated. Despite this, the pool/spa never heated and remained unusable. The view of the Vegas Strip at night was absolutely insane. The pool area was like a private oasis—palm trees, waterfall, bbq… we couldn’t get enough. The house was huge, spotless, and perfect for our group. The host was awesome and made everything so easy. Hands down the BEST place we’ve ever stayed in Vegas. Super clean, really really spacious. Was excellent for my large group and everyone could have their own space. The backyard was lined with palm trees and made it feel really tropical and just like I'm really on vacation. The hosts as well were helpful.
