Come enjoy our refreshing swimming pool, bubbly hot tub, foosball table, lounging chairs around a firepit, BBQ, and more! This home is equipped with everything you need to get ready for your next adventure! The Space: Welcome to your Las Vegas getaway! Relax outdoors in the sunny Nevada weather with a swim in our pool or a soak in our hot tub (fits 2 people)! Indoors, you can watch your favorite show on our Smart TV's with access to all major streaming sites or take advantage of the high-speed wireless internet. Our solar-heated pool can be heated free of charge! Please message us one full day in advance for guidance on turning it on. Our solar heater can make it 5 - 8 degrees warmer than the current pool temperature and up to 12 degrees if the sun is out! Please note that since the pool uses solar heating, it can only raise the water temperature by 5–15°F. However, during colder winter months, the pool might not be as warm as desired due to outside temperatures. While we can’t control the water temperature, we will help ensure the solar heating system is turned on and operational during your stay While you will be near world-famous restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a meal at home with your loved ones. Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes. We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500. Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00. Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Nice quiet neighborhood away from the hussle and bussle of the strip. Host and assistant were very helpful. Check-in process was smooth and convenient. Inside of the house is clean and tidy However, the backyard and the front yard is not as pictured. The front yard was not really maintained. Its all dried plants. I do understand the extreme heat but at least try trimming the dead plants. In addition, there was a broken umbrella shade left by the fence next to the driveway and it doesn't look appealing to a customer who is renting a house. The backyard has overgrown bushes that needs trimming as well There was also a used towel and inflatables behind the patio chair. Not sure if cleaning crew check that. The pictures also shows laundry has detergents but , there's only a small box of dryer sheets. The kitchen in the pictures shows full stock of tea bags. I don't drink tea but when we got there, only 2 teabags in the canister. Other than that it was a decent stay since the house has excellent air-conditioning . ##### Joy N.
