The hotel was not at my pleasing. Room was dirty. Bathroom never cleaned. Floor carpeting was dirty. Staff was okay. Very small casino.Not enough restaurants and stores

Worst Buffet in Town!

Pros: Location on the strip
Cons: Restaurant
Location: This is good since many decent properties are nearby....
Horrible food choices (menu) and preparation. Food is so easy when you put forth the effort. In this case, no effort. Obviously, this is not a revenue concern for this property as there was no staff involvement in creating decent food or giving adequate customer service. Really all that was needed to state the experience was, yuck! Enough said.

Rooms

I booked and paid for a non smoking room. I also called and told them I would be a late arrival. When I arrived they said they had smoking rooms only. After talking to them and 30 minutes later, I got a non smoking room. The room was paid for ahead of time so I was upset. The room was nice and I didn't have any problems afterwards. I even won quite a bit of money so that makes for a good trip.

Room was fine housekeeping slow our room was never made up until 9pm no coffee maker we had a non smoking floor but we could smell smoke and pot. Lobby area has a strong air freshener to mask the smoke I got a head ace ever time I walked in

We do offer coffee-makers for a fee at the request of the guest. As well, it sounds like you may have left your do not disturb sign on. Easy access.

Pros: Free parking.
Cons: The old chipped door frames were just painted over. Would of looked much better if they had put time into small details like that.
Location: Easy access to the strip and other venues.
We came for the Cowboy Christmas and found it very easy to get around to the different venues. Our room was changed from the tower i booked to the Bungalos but worked out better for us due to parking for our oversized truck. Rooms were very clean just dated.

big scam

33$ a day for hotel fees??? the gym was closed and the pool , why charge that much for no extra serice, big scam but i guess its normal since its vegas.

During the summer that does include our pool. However, in the off season you do have access to the fitness center during operating hours, and additional benefits such as 2 for 1 tickets to laugh factory. old hotel very disappointing

Pros: Quiet room, comfortable bed
Cons: blackout curtains in rooms that flood light shines on
room was lit up all night by flood lights outside and no curtains to blackout light. no in room coffee, have to go down to lobby every morning for coffee tub would not drain, did not get fixed till last day no parking for rental car that was rented from the hotel. room was a long way from the lobby/casino. resort fee very high. not told about 2 for 1 tickets at laugh factory show when we checked in did not know it was a perk included with resort fee. no reasonably priced meals in the hotel had to go across to MGM for food court snacks.

Ok hotel

I chose this hotel because it is part of the Hilton chain. A huge drawback of the room was no coffeemaker/coffee - apparently they were available for a charge of $30 per day. Also, I had a "balcony" room that ended up being on the third floor overlooking a parking garage and delivery area. Was woken up by a delivery truck idling outside for ages in the middle of the night.
