There were self checn-in computers but they didnt work. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 pm and had to wait in line 30 minutes (with my 2 kids) to check in when I had reserved the room already. Then when we got to the room the tv didnt work and when I called the desk it took almost 2 hours for someone to come fix it. It didnt take but 5 minutes but it was 2am!

We liked the service and the food. Taxi, Uber and public transportation are easy access. Had a great time!!! Can’t wait to get back!!!
