The cleaning fee is for general cleaning only, which includes vacuum, floor mop, dusting, changing of sheets, and trash disposal. The cleaning crew will charge me extra if they have to remove stains, put furniture back to the correct place, deodorize smoke, or attend to any other time consuming actions to bring my home back to rentable state. House was spacious and well equipped. Easy access off the interstate with grocery stores close by. Excellent location for trips into Las Vegas & beyond.
