Plenty of room to bring the whole crew, and enjoy the private backyard (seasonally heated) sparkling saltwater pool & hot tub, a professional built-in BBQ, and our fully furnished back (and front) patios. We have a game room with foosball & air hockey. The kitchen is stocked with high end pots, pans & sharp knives for you to create memorable family meals. Enjoy meals around the 10 person dining table! This is a two story home. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are upstairs bedroom 1 (see photos) and a full bathroom are downstairs. We have 7 LG Smart TV's throughout the house (2 are 75 inch), the most comfortable memory foam mattresses, and luxurious soft cotton sheets. This is the home away from home that you'll never want to go home from! Full access to the entire house except for a couple of closets that are locked for the cleaners. There is a storage shed in the back yard that has pool floaties, and noodles for guests to use. Available via phone or text, but not on the property Amber Ridge is a quiet residential community with plenty of law enforcement residents. It's super convenient to get to many of the local surrounding areas. There are endless sidewalks and places to walk and hike right out the front door. Parking is allowed in the garage, in the driveway, or on the street. This is a large home located in a residential neighborhood. If you're looking for a place to party, scroll on by and look elsewhere. We were in town visiting family and shared the space with my husband’s brother and his family. There were plenty of rooms for the kids and adults. The neighborhood felt very safe and secure and it was very quiet, even around the holidays. Everything was super clean and well appointed. The hosts were gracious, welcoming and provided lots of information. Kids enjoyed the foosball, air hockey, pool and hot tub and adults played card games and dominoes. It is in a wonderful neighborhood that felt super safe. The house itself was Super clean, the beds are comfortable, the pool was amazing and literally you couldn’t ask for anything. The owners literally thought of everything that you could need while on vacation. They left waters in the fridge and snacks on the counter. Even little details, like a first aid kit and batteries if needed the kitchen was more stocked than mine at home. It felt It could be your home, they even had a Christmas tree up, which is amazing! ##### Katie H. The house is beautiful, very clean, well stocked, and is the prefect layout to spend time together or find some quiet time. The hosts were very responsive. The house was by far the cleanest we have ever rented.
