Summary:
This condo located in the heart of the Las Vegas Valley, 1 mile to the world- famous Strip, 1 block to the Palms Resort and Rio Hotel and Casino. Fully furnished turnkey, incl: all housewares, washer and dryer, towels and linens. A full- size kitchen complete with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. towels and linens. Included is all utilities, cable, TV and high speed WIFI internet.

Guest Access:
Unit located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in this community , also this will be a self check in unit, our guests will receive a door code 3 hours prior to check in time.

The Neighborhood:
Amazing location, less than 5 minutes away from the STRIP! conveniently located, close enough to enjoy what our great city has to offer and also great place to rest and relax after a day of sight seeing, grocery shopping and restaurants nearby too.

Interaction with Guests:
We communicate with out guests via email and/or text messages, please let us know of anything, also keep in mind that if it's after work hours and there's no response we will reach out to you the following morning, thank you.

Great apartment
The location was great, the checkin process and gated security was convenient and secure; the unit was on the 3rd floor (no elevator) which was something I’m not sure I knew but wasn’t a big deal for us; overall the unit was clean and had plenty of extras (dish, laundry, body soaps) - I did notice that the table lamps were hard to turn on in one of the bedrooms (maybe add extension cords) and the doors, door jams and some of the walls were kind of dirty - not a huge deal but something some people might notice

Cleanliness was a big issue!
We were 90% gone during the day. The only time we were there to enjoy the place was at night to sleep. The sheets in bedroom #2 was filthy and what looked like blood stains on both the sheets & blankets. The bathtub in bathroom #2 was dirty & gross. So we ended up sleeping in the master bedroom with my mother and also used her bathroom in that room as well. All of our socks were completely black when we walked around the place, SO MAKE SURE TO BRING SLIPPERS!!! Another thing is, check the conditions of the sheets & blankets before you jump into bed, inspect the bathtub in bedroom #2. And if there are any issues, send videos on the 1st day for proof of uncleanliness. I hope no one ever has the same issues we had and good luck!

Great Location
Very convenient to Las Vegas Strip. Overall, nice place. It -IS- an apartment so be prepared for the usual apartment noise. Some of the furniture needs updating (the master bedroom dresser is falling apart ... but it worked). This was a very acceptable place, very convenient to the strip. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Convenient, but…
Loved the location, as it was convenient to get to the strip, but there was an emergency water shutoff happening before I got there that left me wondering if I’d have to get a hotel instead, and the beds here were rock hard. Not a bad price by any means, so I was able to rough it, but I personally wouldn’t stay again based on these things that happened.

Not bad for a short trip
Property with security gate. Plenty of parking. Easy to get in/out of the property. 24-hr restaurant across the street. Beds (box springs on the floor with a bed frame around them) were very uncomfortable. Most of the tile in traffic areas in the unit were cracked and chipping, so it was not safe to walk on without shoes. Sinks were very slow draining. Code for pool and gym rarely worked - even for the pool that was not closed. Communication with manager was terrible - it took at least 18 hours for a reply, then we had to ask again for what we needed. It might work for some people, but we won't be staying there again.

The property is nice. It's about a 20-30 minute walk to the strip but 10 minutes or less to Rio, Gold Coast, or the Palms. The unit could use a little maintenance (cracked floor tiles).
