There are reviews from a year ago with the same complaints we had (broken bar chair, broken bathroom light, unusable safe, etc etc) - same things don’t work now - a year later. We also had a problem with the sink in the bathroom. It did not drain well and smells. Curtains don’t close completely (the strip is bright). The AC works but is quite loud. The WiFi is spotty, at best. The Kitchen did not have any utensils or dishes. One of the TVs is hung very poorly - it's tilted at least 15 degrees. The worst part is that the owner took very long to respond, sometimes the next day, and there was a lot of back and forth to get to resolution. Other than that, it's an easy 30-40 mins walk or 2 bus ride to the strip. It’s a modern big hotel room with a great view and comfy bedsofa! Free parking is provided which is a plus.All in all, it is an OK stay with easy parking and easy access to the strip. Good Price plus Great view BUT the accommodation is modern looking not luxury - for luxury it has to be maintained, should not get a 'run around' to acquire dishes & utensils, should be fully equipped, and the owner MUST answer and act faster. ##### Christopher S. This property is not considered luxury. It is nice but not luxury. It was very dusty and was not cleaned prior to our stay. There was urine on the toilet and behind the toilet. Hair on the floor and on the shower wall. The walls had stains on them and the windows were filthy (inside). It actually looked like a soda exploded on the windows. There is no freezer in this unit so we had no ice throughout our stay. The location and property amenities were great! I really wish the property was in better condition. ##### Tamika J.
