We were a group of 4 adults and the house was so big, but the pool area made getting lost in the house worth it. The neighborhood is quiet and good for long walks - easy to navigate. The beds were comfortable, the towels were plenty and the kitchen had the amenities to make some meals. We did not want to leave and are planning to book again in about 2 years. Close enough to the strip to take an Uber or Lyft, but far enough away to refuel and rest after a long day. The pool made the 110 degree summer days bearable and there was plenty of room. It was also very convenient when traveling to the strip. Many eateries and shopping locations within a few miles. House was very spacious with 1-2 tv’s in each room. Pool and Jacuzzi were a great addition to the house. The Host for this property was great and communication was just as good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and kids had a great time. It accommodated our stay perfectly. Not too far from the strip but allowed us to see the city of Las Vegas outside of the strip. The house was very clean a spacious for all 7 of us. Beds were comfortable and the patio setup was excellent. Our celebration of being members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc for 30 years was an absolute treasured and memorable experience. ##### James R. Easy to get to Strip as well as shopping, etc; very safe neighborhood; management group was very responsive with our questions and/or issues. They also stocked the bathrooms and pool with lots of towels which was great. The pool was not clean when we first got there, there were a lot of sticks and debris in the bottom of it and there was also an issue with the spa not working the first day of our trip which they did send someone out to fix the hot tub and clean the pool the following day. It was a bummer having to wait a day into our stay to swim at all, but aside from that we had a great time staying here! ##### Rebecca J. Door code provided before our stay. The house was massive and cleanliness was maximum. Hot tub was amazing and took very little time to warm up. Beds were comfortable, and all toilets had bidets which was a nice touch. The kitchen was very nicely appointed and had every pot pan glass dish you could need Our host was amazing and anytime we contacted him he responded immediately. I have to say it not only met my expectations but exceeded them. I am partially disabled and there are no bars in the bathrooms which I was able to work around. They don't advertise that it is ADA compliant so I wasn't surprised but got along just fine. Wonderful house for a big family lots of room and a pool is wonderful. ##### Pauline B. This house was awesome! It was all that the description says and more. The outside was like a private resort, we spent a lot of time outside in the Pool. It was 100 plus all 7days we were here! The surrounding area is amazing. The surrounding Homes in the area were beautiful. Ace was very accomodating and addressed any concerns that we had right away. My group was overall impressed and enjoyed out stay here and I will definetly consider staying next year. Unless I may need more bedrooms due to others wanting to attend. Super clean refrigerator and kitchen. Has the ugliest sofa I ever saw but is the most COMFORTABLE sofa I ever sat on. Very nice neighborhood that was close to the park and restaurant and stores. Wish we could have had more people visit but there were limitations to the number of people so we abused by them. Did a huge dinner at a nearby restaurant. Super easy to get an Uber to take us around. Quiet street. Had an issue with the heat in the jacuzzi but we called the number provided and within 20 minutes the man resolved the problem. Everything was furnished including shampoo and body wash. Would definitely stay here again for its size and location. ##### Paul F.
