Good standard hotel

the hotel was nice, nothing fancy about my room as it was a standard run of the house room but it provided everything we needed. The check in was super quick which was surprising. I was expecting to wait in line for an hour at check in but they had an employee directing people to the next available window and it went by really fast. Mobile check out was super fast and easy as well. Overall a good experience.

Pros: The quietness and cleanliness of the rooms.
Cons: Making sure the room requested is given and that anything wrong or broken in the room is fixed before the guest gets in there.
Location: Location was great, convenient to their partners that offered complementary services (pool privileges). Easy access to our booked entertainment.
Driving up to the hotel, we got great service and help with our luggage. We checked in and got to our room. The room was clean, nice and quiet, however we had ordered a king size bed but received two double beds. We called and requested a king size room. We had to wait until the next day. The afternoon of the next day we got the King room and had to move all our luggage ourselves to that room. It was on the same floor so this was simple. But there was no offer to help with this or apologies for the inconvenience of getting the wrong room. Once we were in the room we decided to wash up before going out for the evening. The bathtub did not drain and the room was not quite as clean as the original. While we were out they fixed the tub. From that point on the stay was great. The concierge service was excellent as well as other staff members.

Cons: Carpets and bathroom fixtures are old
Location: Located on the Strip with easy access to other places of interest.
Have stayed there before. Friendly staff. Rooms are simple but comfortable, especially the bed.Perfect place if you are not looking for luxury.

excellent staff, extremely helpful and welcoming. convenient strip location. however, the hotel is in progress of renovation and the resort portion was not available for use. but Monte Carlo made sure that MGM grand and mandaley bay resorts were accessible

Annoying construction site nearby

The hotel and the room itself is as I expected. However, there is a construction site right down our window and I started working very early in the morning. That was very annoying.

Disappointing Stay

The check in process was slow as they did not have enough staff. The room was way overdue for an upgrade. The bathroom was moldy. We were overcharged for parking. The most unsatisfying was the amount they charged for resort fees especially since they didn't even have a pool on site! Called the front desk for over 15 minutes and no answer.

The staff was helpful. The room was very old and unlike most hotel on the Strip, there was very little to do in the hotel.
