Absolutely loved that it was smoke-free, made it feel very clean. Tasty food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also there is a lot right outside the hotel - and even the tram to get to the bigger name hotels. Would stay here again.

My shower flooded the floor each time I used it. I brought it to the attention of front desk. They sent someone up to fix but it didn't fix the problem. The restaurants closed early and there weren't many of quality. It is within walking distance to other hotels that had better restaurants. You can't get coffee until 7:00 am-long lines because only a couple places are open. There are not coffee pots or refrigerators in all rooms.

I booked a king sized bed room and when i checked in to the room there was trash in the room as if still occupied. They moved me to a queen room and told me i'd get a $100 food/beverage credit which was never applied.

Close to Eataly and the strip. Room, hotel and corridor were ok and clean. 1st time digital and physical room keys were not working multiple times. Door closing the bathroom was misaligned in the hinges and made it very heavy and difficult to open. Called room service and they said somebody will fix it but it was never fixed. Overnight parking was convenient if you’re bringing a vehicle.

This is a non-smoking hotel & Casino -one of only 2 in Las Vegas. The staff is very helpful. Our shower overflowed at 11:30 PM the first time we used it. The maintenence people were especially competent and courteous. We attended a concert at T-Mobile Arena. It was less than a 2 block, easy, safe walk from the Park MGM Grand.

I really appreciated the “no-smoking” policy at Park MGM. The place was tidy and staff friendly. I got the impression from the rooms that the cleaning is sub-par. The floor seemed unclean as well as the couch. Other than that, the place was acceptable.

I liked the hotel but pick a top floor room. The staff was great when we asked to change rooms because our view was ac units. There’s no drawers or clothing storage other than the closet which is weird but not a reason for less stars. The staff was great!

The hotel is conveniently located on the south end of the Las Vegas strip and nearby a lot of restaurants, shopping and entertainment complexes. To name a few, just a footsteps away from T-Mobile arena, Shake Shack, Aria hotel. Overall, the hotel has plenty of options for food and easy access to get to most places.

Our favourite thing about the property was it was smoke free and the rooms were relatively quiet. The shower pressure was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. My 15 year old daughter slept on the couch and found the pillows very nice. We found the beds to be too firm for our liking, but the pillows were nice. As for the cons we had a window that was obstructed by bird poo. The shower door did not close all the way so we kept a towel on the floor in front of it. On our last night there the alarm system went off at 2:30am which made it hard to go back to sleep. Check in and Check out was very easy, we were able to do that using the MGM Rewards App. The App was an excellent resource. Overall a great trip with only a few minor inconveniences.

I loved this hotel! It was beautiful, for one, the staff was very competent and helpful, the pool area is gorgeous, with great service. I love that it smells clean, no smoke, very clean, not too loud. The Eataly is fabulous and it’s in a convenient location. I also enjoyed the park area outside for a nice quiet place to sit and eat or have coffee. I felt safe as well, security was on top of things. The beds and pillows very very comfortable and the shower and bath products are amazing! I will definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in Vegas a number of times. This is now my go-to hotel, I loved it. It is right in the heart of it all and has great restaurants. My only slight niggle is that the walls of my room were a bit thin and I could hear the room next door from time to time, but otherwise, I would stay again in a heartbeat.

It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Love that it is a no smoking hotel. However, it was old and dated. There was nowhere to put anything, drawers were small and there was only one little table. Dislike the sliding bathroom/closet door. Very dark, needs better lighting.

The Nomad is the top floors of the Park MGM. It feels like a boutique hotel. The lobby oozes with Moody Maximalism while the rooms are nicely done in the brighter Victorian esthetic theme and everything was clean and in very good condition. The staff throughout our stay were exceptional starting with Ezekiel at the front desk who took great care of our small group of 3 from start to finish. My daughter mentioned that it was my birthday and Ezekiel surprised us up in our room by having a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates delivered to us. So thoughtful! The cleaning staff were friendly, efficient and very accommodating. We highly recommend a stay at The Nomad!

The HVAC wasn’t cooling the room properly. It felt stuffy. There was also a bad stain on the middle cushion of the couch. We didn’t spend much time in the room, but these were the negatives for us.

There was an event going on which we were unaware of. The hotel allows day parking for the events. And it was a nightmare to get in and out of our hotel. We had to pay a per night fee to park as well as a resort fee that I thought was included in the amount I already paid. Overall a very mediocre hotel and experience with awful parking and unexpected fees. Would NOT book again. Only thing they have going for them is it’s a non smoking casino.
