The cleaning fee is their cost (not marked up). Signature hotel staff does not provide any housekeeping services. Your cleaning fee covers cleaning after checkout ONLY. Mid-stay towel replenish service is available for $25\. Please contact your host to arrange. DO NOT CALL THE SIGNATURE FRONT DESK. They cannot help with housekeeping. Our third-party housekeeping staff is on property daily. Non-Smoking This hotel and all of the units are non-smoking, non-vaping units. If the housekeeping staff finds that a guest was smoking/vaping in the unit, a fumigation fee of $500 will be charged to the card on file. Beds were comfortable and the linens were soft. We all slept well. There isn’t a lot of room for your things, so I recommend a shorter stay (maybe 3 nights?). Water pressure was fantastic! The view was great, we could see the Sphere really well. Conveniently located near MGM Grand (all indoor walk). Highly recommended. ##### Zoe B. We had a 4 days 3 nights stay. Online I got a two bedrooms, two bathrooms for our groups for the weekend and when we got there, we were given a studio with one bed and pull out bed and 1 bathrooms. Had to call the property manager, Expedia, and Vrbo and kept getting sent back and forth. They wouldn’t believed us that we had reservation for two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Had it in our emails confirmations and expedia account. They just didn’t believe us. They made us send them copy of emails and bank statements and even a video of the room to see if there’s only one bathroom. They claimed there was nothing they could do and didn’t even try to accommodate us. All they offered was one free night to stay somewhere else and for us to find another place to stay for the rest of the weekend. After 4 hours of going back and forth we decided to give up and book another stay at a different resort and just not to deal with them anymore.
