Our unit was clean enough, but the couch for example, was so worn, frayed and stained that we literally put a sheet over it before we sat down. Hopefully with super bowl weekend up charge rhey can update the furnishings. The main MGM and strip are about a 15-20 minute walk, you'll do it often since the Starbucks and lounge are open very short hours. Uber is very convenient for pick up and drop off.
