I have gotten emails containing the info I needed to check in, but got no response to any of my questions prior to my trip or while on my trip. The listing was wrong, which lead to us breaking up our travelers. Listing said property was in a different tower then it really was and when I tried to contact the host with this info I received no response. The only reason I picked this property was because it said it was in the tower it said it was in and the listing was wrong.
