Full kitchen but need more silverware if truly planning to serve dinner. Some stains on the furniture and linens for the pull out needed to be washed. Smoke free. Quiet neighbors. The condo was just what we needed, amenities (Two bathrooms: perfect for vintage humans), accessibility, and ease of access to everything Vegas has to offer. Well appointed, with comfortable furniture, plenty of closet space, and even loads of hangars (Rentals typically lack this little thing). The staff at Signature was very helpful. Matt B., our point person for the rental, was attentive and responsive, both information but also how quickly he replied to messages, usually within the hour, even before we booked the rental and we're just scouting for places to stay. Can't get better than that. Specifically at MGM Signature. We checked into our room at 3pm and the room was fine til I jumped I to shower and noticed a foul smell. So I immediately got out and smell went away. We left for the afternoon til late evening and nothing was unusual. The next morning I walked into the extra restroom and noticed a foul smell with black wet liquid coming out of the shower drain, opened the door and the foul smell made me gag and throw up. Immediately contacted the owner and the best they can do was to move us into a smaller studio suite rather than the 1 bedroom (10/714) suite we received. We had to throw away a lot of food because the other room only had a mini fridge rather than a full size. STAY AWAY!! We are still charged the same for the smaller room instead having it adjusted, NEVER AGAIN!! ##### Felix ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Michelle P., Boise, ID 28 mars 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Favorite Strip location We usually stay on the Strip at Signature MGM, but due to all the events in Vegas (Taylor Swift) we couldn’t book with MGM. I’m not sure we ever will again after the great VRBO experience we had. Super fast, easy checkin, no additional resort fees, great owner communications. The room was very clean and comfortable, nice bedding and pillows. Note: the bed is very firm, we liked it, but may be too hard for some people. A few kitchen stocking issues were quickly resolved and the cooking facilities were adequate. We loved our stay here and will definitely look to return. Thanks! ##### Michelle P. It’s a handicap unit. Easy access to Uber and a short walk to MGM for which we had access to MGM grand pool and lazy river. Security is always visible which made my family feel safe. Host offered room refresh during our stay which was appreciated. It would be nice to have patio chairs and a real coffee maker but I would Stay here again no doubt. ##### James L.
