    5/5 Excellent

Customer service was amazing ! And the facilities and amenities at the hotel were top notch. Tons of variety, you almost never need to leave the hotel.

    4/5 Good

I like the MGM Grand pretty well. I especially like it when there's a show, like Jimmy Buffett, that is taking place at the Grand Arena so I don't have to drive to a separate venue. We stayed in The West wing, 2nd floor -- the room was dark (even with all the lights on -- romantic at night maybe but during the day I'd like to be able to see!) the bathroom was not well lit and I prefer to have a double sink or at least a good-sized bathroom counter. The double shower heads in the bathroom were great. The closet was good-sized. We never figured out how to get the TV to operate in the bathroom mirror inset. Also, it would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room. I sort of expected that from a hotel like the MGM Grand. This trip was my first excursion out to your pool area. Wow! I might come back and stay at your hotel just to hang out by your pool! My biggest complaint about the MGM Grand is that its so hard to find your way around. I know by design the hotel wants people to enter and stay and never leave. I know this because there are no windows or clocks. We don't gamble but we do enjoy the restaurants and shows in Las Vegas so come in to town three or four times a year and I would like to be able to find my way around the hotel much easier than was the case this trip. (Yes, we were given a map at check-in. Didn't help much.)

Room was not very clean. Blinds didn’t work. No ironing board. TV worked sporadically. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.

Stayed 3 nights in Oct. 2019

Bed was very comfortable; I slept well. I didn’t like the ‘wrap’ on my room’s window that obscured the view somewhat, and general dim lighting in my room. I disliked the windowless mall feeling of the main floor and food court, and hated the pervasive cigarette use and stench in “designated” public areas on the main floor.

    Overall- overrated!

Computers down - check in took 3 1/2 hours standing in line. Distance to walk to the convention center from hotel room was ridiculous!
