Modern condo overlooking the Strip 3

Welcome! 1 bedroom condo in Las Vegas. Only 2 minutes from all the excitement of the Strip. Make yourself at home and enjoy modern furniture, stainless still appliances, cable TV, and an epic patio. Fully equipped kitchen, a laundry with washer and dryer, an eat-in dining area. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, bedrooms with fresh linens, TV’s in each room. Smart HD LED TV. Comfortable sofa bed which sleeps an additional two guests. From the living guests have access to a private patio using the sliding glass door.
Coffee maker, kettle, toster, big refrigerator, towels, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, cleaning supplies and products for dishes and laundry.
Seasonal Complex pools and hot tub.

Moderately clean, bathroom tub was not cleaned. The curtains had holes in them and the overall esthetic was not what was advertised. It was equivalent to a low budget motel. Things including pillows, blankets, towels were worn and over used. The unit didn’t smell clean. I came to celebrate my birthday and this really took away from it. The TV in the master bedroom did not work, and the bed was damaged. One wash cloth was provided and the pillows were old and worn, provided no adequate support for sleeping. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken. I unfortunately would not stay again. The positive was that the host was responsive, but when we had to check in we were not on the guest list.

Won’t book again.

Yes the location was close and the owner let me check in around 1 pm but the property was definitely not like the pictures. The couches outside were dirty, looked like they have not been cleaned in months. Microwave was cracked and had trouble starting it at first. Blankets/linen were not washed. The bed is LOUD. The owner needs to get rid of the bed ASAP. You can’t even move on it without it making noise. Bathtub creaks as well… make sure you bring your own towels and washcloths bc they are not comfortable at all and was only supplied with 3. Furniture is peeling. If I am paying a certain amount of money it should reflect what I pay. Like i said location was great but I definitely won’t be booking again .

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

Renting a condo was a first for me. I wanted to do something different. Long story short to my surprise I observed Inadequate lighting. The condo was depressingly dark throughout. The walls could use some patching and fresh paint. The furniture was dated, worn and torn. The carpet was very dirty. The mattress and pillows were in deplorable condition, there were several huge nasty stains all over them. That was the worst for me. The bed was extremely rickety. I noticed that there was no picture of the bedroom on the website. I wish I knew how to upload the photos I took of the mattress and pillows etc. The shower curtain had mold on it. The microwave was cracked and smelled like an ash tray. I could not relax there so I spent the majority of my time at my folks house and driving around. I COULD NOT WAIT TO LEAVE! Idid not bother to demand a refund only because they did say upfront that there is no refund. 😟😖😫🤮 *Hopefully the owners will see this post and right the wrong.

This condo was in a great location close to the strip within walking distance to dining, the Rio, bus stop, shopping, and in a very safe gated community. Great parking and offers wonderful security, which was a big plus for out of towners not used to city living. The condo was very clean!! The bed was very comfortable and the big plus was the garden tub especially after a day of walking and taking in what Vegas has to offer. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Vegas! We didn't use the amenities during our saty but they looked to be very clean and the landscaping was very pleasant. Overall a great stay and I am very picky on condos and hotels.

Clean and safe

Apartment was as advertised. Place was close to strip, but across the freeway. About a 30-40 minute walk, or a 5-10 minute car ride. Hot tub was a bonus. Clean and cozy. Felt safe having a 24-7 security guard at the gated entrance.

Two weeks in Vegas one wash cloth

The condo was not horrible, but there was one night when party guests of someone ran the steps and entry ways screaming late into the night. We had one wash cloth, one hand towel, no dish towels, no drawers for putting away clothes, two coffee cups and very limited kitchen utensils. the carafe for the coffee pot was cracked, thus unusable, the Kurig coffee pot was missing the filter, thus unusable, turning on the lamps was a challenge, the lounge chair was hard and uncomfortable, The blind in the bedroom was damaged thus a bright bedroom due to the outdoor lighting. Beds to sleep three but not very comfortable. The description should also read third floor walk up. Probably ok for a weekend but not extended stay.

Comfortable space. quality furnishings., easy communications with owner. quiet location. superior alternative to hotels with their cold shoulders and resort fees.
