Our home is one of the only 1500 licensed rental homes in Las Vegas. Legislation has changed in Las Vegas, so with booking our home you can be rest assured your reservation is secure.

Fully sanitized and deep cleaned prior to your arrival. We use disinfected wipes on everything, hot water and detergent for linens and towels, floors disinfected. Keyless entry to the home. We also have a hospital grade HEPA filtration system and UV light built into the air ducts to ensure clean air indoors. We also include complimentary water dispenser cooler (also instant hot water) with 5 gallon bottle to get you started. Keurig coffee machine with latte maker included.

We see this home as something of a 5-star a-lister; a pinnacle of style with all the glitz of Vegas and a slew of features that appeals to every last passerby. Very near the storied Strip, but tucked away neatly in a quiet cul-de-sac for much-needed privacy...we call her Marilyn Monroe .

This home is custom built equipped with 5 star amenities, private luxury view, single story, 4 bedrooms with two masters and 3.5 bath. setting with unobstructed 180 degree stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip and a full length multi-sport game court, including a basketball/tennis court.

This gorgeous 3500 Sq. ft. features include outdoor and indoor gas fireplaces, Italian leather sofas, memory foam mattresses, and brand new imported Italian floors throughout the home. It also comes with a full size laundry room with a large Samsung washer and dryer and complimentary laundry detergent. All towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner body wash, hair dryers, iron are all included for your convenience.

Master bedrooms are both very large and private, perfect for sharing amongst family or colleagues. Jacuzzi deep soaking baths, travertine imported tile flooring and walk-in showers, chrome fixtures, and custom walk-in closets in all bedrooms!

Each master and bedrooms also have a new large flatscreen Smart TV's with Satellite and Direct TV with over 150 digital channels including satellite radio, free movies and DVR for recording. Fine soft towels, Egyptian cotton sheets, pillows and memory foam mattresses are also included in every bedroom. For those who need a place to work there is a workstation for your convenience and complimentary high-speed WiFi.

The home is professionally decorated with high-end furnishing and electronics, including 6 large flatscreen TV's for your enjoyment. Ceiling fans in each room and digital controlled AC/Heating units in the home. The family room comes with a 70” Smart TV and one of the master bedroom.

This house also comes with a very large games room that includes a professional custom made 20-foot professional shuffle board, Pool Table., Poker Table and flatscreen TV with sitting areas. The living room is designed with brand new modern Italian chocolate leather furniture and has a remote controlled LED lighting system to set the mood and add ambiance to any occasion.

The state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen is fully loaded! Pots, pans, spices, utensils, kettle, toaster... you name it – It has it all!
