Once we arrived, I noticed the home was in really rough shape and felt very dirty. I immediately washed the sheets and towels as they were stained and I didn’t trust they were clean based off of the condition of the house. The home is really beat up and the furniture is falling apart. One of the beds is being held up by wood boards. The backyard was very clean and was nicely done. The neighborhood consisted of older homes that were somewhat maintained and was near an older commercial district and next to a freeway (it wasn't too noisy, the air conditioner took care of that). It has 2 living spaces so everyone can spread out. (We had to kids with us, so that was great.) it was a short drive to everything we were doing. It’s 5-8 minutes to the world market center as well as the outlet mall next to it. It was 15 min to the north end of the strip and maybe 10 min to Fremont.
