From spacious common areas to private and stylish bedrooms. It has everything travelers need and could want to feel comfortable while exploring Las Vegas. This cozy 4 bedroom home includes 3.5 bathrooms, 2 king beds, 2 queen bed, and 2 queen size bunk beds. The home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and many more amenities you and your guests will enjoy during your stay. It is equipped with all essential appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, and microwave. The laundry room is equipped with a brand-new washer and dryer. Detergent and softener can be provided during your stay upon request. It includes a Theater room, where you can your family can enjoy time together. An electric vehicle charging station (j1772 220v up to 32A) is provided to charge your Tesla or other EV. There is an RV parking area (at least 35ft, with 50A power) and plenty of car parking space. All details in our home have been designed so you can spend your time comfortably relaxing with your family. Non-service Pets and Smoking are not allowed in the rental, and there is a $500 fee for the violation of the house rules. Also, if any property is damaged or missing after your departure you will be charged for the value of the item. Other Things to Note: NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS We ask that you remain respectful and keep the noise down, specifically in the backyard. Per city code, quiet hours begin at 9 p.m. daily. The neighbors will contact the authorities if there are any disturbances. Our house rules state: No loud music outside Give hours No smoking inside No parties or events are allowed No pets unless authorized (fees apply) Upon arrival, you have 24 hours to check the house and report any maintenance concerns you have so we may address them as soon as possible. • Smoking is not allowed in the rental, and there is a $500 fee for the violation of the house rules. • If any property is damaged or missing after your departure you will be charged for the value of the item. • Mailbox access is NOT provided. Guests may order packages through the post office or lockers. • Early check-ins are subject to availability for an additional fee and not guaranteed until the day of your arrival. • Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided free of charge upon request. Please note all items are subject to availability. Deliveries are between 11am and 8pm. • There is a NoiseAware device installed in the home. This is not a listening or recording device. This device will simply notify StripViewSuites if the noise level goes above a certain volume. This device is for home security and for the consideration of the neighborhood. If there is a noise complaint guests may be asked to immediately vacate the property and no refund will be issued. Please do not touch the devices. This is a violation of the house rules. • There are Ring Surveillance cameras on the outside of the property. Ring surveillance is only used for security purposes. Surveillance is not used inside of the property. Devices are located at the front door and backyard. Please do not touch the devices. The pool is nice but the spa is just for looks and water fall as well I called and was told guest can’t use those features, The tvs barely worked and took a lot to make work we had to download a Roku remote app on our phone to use them. When we arrived there was a hot tub just like the picture displayed. The first night it was heated as was the pool. The next day everything was freezing cold. We called and they sent a worker to fix issue. The worker told us the hot tub would be hot when we returned back from our day. 5hrs later we returned and the heaters were still not working. We were then told after they attempted to fix it that it was no longer available. For the remainder of the stay we had no hot tub and the pool heater was also down. When in the back yard you will be recorded by multiple cameras 24/7\. This is the first I have ever seen cameras in a vrbo. The Contact company was rude. There is an alarm on the back door that has to be pushed and held every time you enter or leave the door. Super annoying sound and kids will not even be able to reach it so you will have to let your kids in and out the whole stay and there is no way to turn it off. We woke up multiple mornings with workers in the back yard right by the bedroom windows with no heads up that they would be showing up. None of these workers can help you with your questions because none of them speak English. We found beer cans in the yard. cigarettes filled up in the fire pit. Cushions on all of chairs and yard furniture were really dirty. By far the worst vrbo we have stayed in to date. ##### Tyara T. That’s it for the good things. We rented this house specifically for the pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub are not as they appear in the pictures. The pool and hot tub had clearly not been cleaned in weeks if not months. When we arrived the water in the pool and hot tub were a disgusting green. There was garbage and leaves floating in the water. On the bottom of the pool there was more garbage and leaves and dirt. It was so gross. We called the management company numerous times throughout our stay to complain and only talked to people in the Philippines??? who would say things like “I’ll talk to my manager and call you back” which they never did. Then when we would call we would tell them we would stay on the line while they talked to their manager. Then they would just hang up. We called over 10 times and never talked to someone who did not work for the answering service in the Philippines. We also called VRBO and were told they couldn’t do anything other than move us to a different house. There were 7 of us and it would have been really difficult to find another place and move so we decided to stay. We asked if we could get a partial refund since we could not use the pool and hot tub and again we were hung up on. In addition to the pool and hot tub the grill wouldn’t work. We also had problems getting into the house when we arrived. We were supposed to receive a key code which never came. As I mentioned before we called and talked to someone in the Philippines and it took about 30 minutes for them to finally send us the code. Clearly the corporation that owns this property doesn’t give one iota about making sure their guests enjoy their stay. I would not recommend this house and I plan on talking with VRBO about why they would allow this listing on their website. Very disappointing experience. ##### pam g. The kitchen had everything needed including coffee filters and an actual spice rack. Even the laundry room was stocked with detergent. The media room was great fun for chilling after each day of golf. The home is wonderfully spacious and the movie room is great fun. Super large backyard, we were rained out, but super spacious and well appointed.
