Be Mindful of Noise • Observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM (local ordinance). • No events, parties, gatherings, or visitors allowed without prior written permission. • Noise complaints are taken seriously and may cause immediate termination of your stay. • Violation of noise or code enforcement policies will cause a $1000 fine. Report Any Issues Promptly • Report any cleaning concerns, damages, or malfunctioning amenities within the first 12 hours of check-in. We want the opportunity to correct any issues to ensure a comfortable stay. If we are not notified in a timely manner, we may be unable to address your concerns or offer remediation after your stay. • Guests are responsible for any and all damages, lost or stolen items, decor, furnishings, etc that occur during their stay. Minimum Age Requirement • The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present during the stay. • Third-party bookings (booking on behalf of others) are not allowed.
