I have stayed at this property over 30 times. I have never been dissatisfied with my stay. The rooms are alway very clean as if I a the first person staying in the room. This las visit, I had room by East Flamingo Road. There is some road construction that has metal plates across the roam and the sounds coming from the road are very distracting. I always carry ear plugs, so I was ok.

I didn’t like that it seemed like most the elevators were not working, dozens of people sometimes waiting at a time. Also was hard to sleep at night as the temperature in the room doesn’t go down to only a certain level, room was hot.

We waited over an hour in line at the front desk, as no one was manning it. The self-check in kiosks were malfunctioning. I called the reservation number and got a hold of someone who sent employees to check us (and a line of others) in. Getting to the room, the keys didn’t work. We went back to the front desk, got new keys, and got into a room that hadn’t been cleaned since the previous occupants. I’ll save you the details. We called the front desk who told us they’d send room service up to clean. 40 minutes later, we called to see when they’d be arriving. The front desk didn’t know. 30 minutes later, at 12:30 a.m., we went back to the front desk. They got us a clean room with 2 queens, which was not what we booked, but it was 1:00 a.m., and a room was supposed to be ready for us by 8:30 p.m. the night before. We ended up moving rooms the next night, as we wanted to sleep in a king bed. The drapes were not “blackout,” the noise from the street kept us up all night our last night there. Being here for work, it made it hard to concentrate on the all-day seminars and left us without the want to go do things in the evenings.

Location is great. Big room. Nice view. Clean. My only complaint. We were on the 17th floor and smoke still entered the room from the casino. We only noticed it when the air con was off for a while.
